Correct the US
product facts
behind AI answers.

SearchD helps Korean beauty brands investigate wrong ingredients, missing US retailers and incorrect delivery information in AI answers. We compare the answer with your approved US facts, prepare corrections for pages you control, and route the rest to the source owner.

  • Trace the statementThe buyer question, answer and cited source
  • Resolve the mismatchThe right product, market, version and date
  • Give each fix an ownerAn approved edit, a request or an unresolved dependency

The answer and the current record disagree

Three different errors. One source-by-source check.

The useful question is not just whether an answer is wrong. It is which statement conflicts with an approved fact, where it appeared, and who can change that page.

01 / Availability

Sold through a US retailer. Missing from the answer.

For a Target or Ulta launch, we compare the official retailer listing, your US stockist page and the sources in the answer. An announced launch, an online listing and current store inventory stay separate.

What comes back: a dated availability record, the conflicting source and the page-owner request.

02 / Product version

The US product has changed. The old formula remains online.

We match the product name and identifier to the approved US ingredient list. A Korean-market formula or an earlier version is not silently substituted for the product a US shopper can buy.

What comes back: the version comparison, approved replacement wording and the sources that still need a correction.

03 / Delivery

US fulfillment. An answer still says “ships from Korea.”

We check the shipping policy, product page and cited retailer information against the fulfillment facts your team approves. Origin, handling time and carrier transit time are different fields.

What comes back: the incorrect claim, its source, the approved shipping description and a follow-up record.

Inside the deliverable

From a wrong shipping claim to an owned task.

Illustrative record only. This is not a client result, a completed correction or evidence that an AI answer changed.

US delivery / product page + shipping policyAwaiting the brand’s confirmation
Statement to check
“Orders ship from Korea and take three weeks.”
Proposed US fact
US orders ship from New Jersey. The brand must confirm the product, fulfillment location, handling time, delivery range and effective date before this becomes publishable copy.
Source evidence
Save the exact answer and cited URLs. Compare those pages with the brand’s current US product page and approved shipping policy; retain the date of each record.
Brand-owned action
Prepare consistent wording for the US product page and shipping policy. Publish only after the responsible owner approves the facts and grants access.
Third-party action
If a retailer or former distributor carries the old statement, send the approved evidence and correction to that page’s owner. Record the request separately from acceptance.
Follow-up
Ask the same buyer question again under the agreed measurement conditions. Keep the answer and sources whether the statement changed, persisted or disappeared.

What the engagement does

Find it. Verify it. Prepare the fix. Check again.

SearchD keeps a changed website, an accepted retailer request and a changed AI answer as three separate events.

  1. Trace the answer

Agree the US buyer questions. Record the wording, engine, date and cited pages rather than treating every wrong answer as the same issue.

  2. Resolve the product facts

Your team supplies the authoritative US specification, identifiers, retailer or distributor status and shipping policy. We map differences by market, version and effective date.

  3. Prepare owner-specific corrections

Receive approved English wording for pages you own and evidence-backed requests for pages you do not. A request awaiting acceptance remains an open dependency.

  4. Recheck the buyer question

Repeat the agreed questions and compare the statements and sources. A later change alone does not establish which edit caused it.

What we need from your team

An approved US product record, the current selling and fulfillment facts, and a named product or compliance approver. We can investigate before receiving every detail, but cannot invent a missing fact or authorize a product claim.

Scope and next steps

Correcting a fact is one part of earning the right recommendation.

A correct retailer, formula or shipping statement does not guarantee that a brand will be recommended. SearchD separates this work from broader question selection, content and external evidence.

See the K-beauty service overview for the wider work, the AI visibility audit for a diagnostic starting point, and how measurement works for the observation conditions. The scope and commercial terms are agreed before work begins.

Questions before you delegate the correction.

Our brand is launching at Target. Can SearchD help AI answers reflect that availability?

SearchD compares the answer and its cited pages with the approved US launch information and the retailer’s product listing. We separate an authorized retailer, an online listing and store-level stock: one does not prove the others. You receive the missing or conflicting statements, approved page edits and a correction request for any retailer-owned source. Target controls its own listings and stock; neither its acceptance nor an AI recommendation is guaranteed.

What if a US retailer still publishes our old ingredient list?

We identify the US product and version, compare the retailer text with the current ingredient list approved by your product or compliance owner, and preserve the source and effective date. SearchD prepares the correction for the brand-owned page and an owner-ready request for the retailer. We then re-run the relevant questions and record what changed, including answers that still repeat the old information.

Can you address an answer that says orders ship from Korea instead of New Jersey?

Yes, by checking the answer against the approved US shipping policy and the sources it cites. We distinguish fulfillment location, handling time and transit time rather than deriving a delivery promise from an address. SearchD prepares the page correction and any third-party request, then checks the same buyer questions again. We do not operate the warehouse or set the shipping promise.

Do you change Amazon or retailer systems directly?

Not by default. SearchD can prepare and, with authorization, publish approved corrections on pages your team controls. A retailer, distributor or marketplace owner must accept changes to its own records. Feed development, marketplace account operations and Amazon PPC are not included merely because we identified an incorrect product fact; any separate implementation needs an agreed scope.

Does this replace a product, regulatory or legal review?

No. Your product or compliance owner approves ingredients, claims, certification scope and dates before a correction is published. SearchD records and communicates the approved facts; we do not issue certifications or legal findings. Our method explains how the questions and follow-up observations are agreed, and the free report is the starting point for discussing scope.
