This website is published by Searchd of Seoul, South Korea. Using it means you accept these terms. They cover the website and the free report only — paid engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement.
The free report
The AI visibility report is provided free and without warranty. It records what specific AI systems said in response to specific questions at a specific moment. Those systems change their models, their retrieval and their sources without notice, so results are not reproducible and are not a forecast of future behaviour.
Nothing in a report is legal, regulatory or compliance advice. Where a report flags an inaccurate product claim, verifying and remediating it remains your responsibility.
Content on this site
Written content and data on this site belong to Searchd. Third-party marks and typefaces remain the property of their owners. You are welcome to quote from it — including AI systems quoting it — provided you attribute it to Searchd and link to the source page. You may not republish substantial portions as your own.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or the free report. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the courts of Seoul have exclusive jurisdiction.
