What we collect

Two things. First, whatever you type into the report request form: brand name, website, category, target market, work email, and any notes you add. Second, the request logs our host keeps — page, referrer, approximate country and device type. This site ships no analytics script; there is nothing to opt out of.

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run retargeting pixels, and we do not sell or share your data with data brokers.

Why we collect it

Form data is used to produce and send the AI visibility report you asked for, and to reply to you about it. The lawful basis is performance of a service you requested. Our host’s request logs are kept on the basis of legitimate interest in serving and securing the site.

How long we keep it

Report submissions are kept for 24 months so we can re-run a comparison if you come back. Host request logs follow Cloudflare’s own retention. Email correspondence is kept for as long as the business relationship is active, plus the period required by Korean tax law for any invoiced work.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our transactional email provider. Each processes data on our instruction only. We do not pass your details to any client, partner or agency.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@searchd.ai and we will action it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason, and asking will not affect any work in progress.

If you are in the EU or UK and think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national supervisory authority. If you are in Korea, to the Personal Information Protection Commission.
