Fixed price · 4 weeks

Find out exactly why AI names someone else.

A four-week diagnostic that produces a measured baseline, a written cause for every gap, and the first fixes already implemented. It ends with a deliverable, not a proposal.

The cancelled-invoice clause

If the audit surfaces neither a factual error an engine is stating about your product nor a cause you could not reasonably have found yourself, we cancel the invoice. You keep the 200-observation dataset either way.

What it does not coverWhether an engine names you afterwards. Nobody controls that, and no vendor who claims to can reach the mechanism they are guaranteeing.

Week 2

Five causes we check, cheapest to rule out first.

Cheapest first, because a diagnosis that starts at the bottom spends the budget before it reaches the answer. These are the windows we scope against, not measured averages — we have run no client audits, so there is no average to publish.

You keep

Everything, in a format your team can use.

  • 200-observation baseline dataset (CSV)
  • Written diagnosis, 15–20 pages, no filler
  • Prioritised fix list, effort vs expected effect
  • Three rewritten pages, live
  • Structured data implemented and validated
  • Factual accuracy report with remediation steps
  • One slide summarising it for your leadership

Who this is for

Consumer brands with real revenue in an export market, where a shopper plausibly asks an assistant before buying. Beauty, baby and kids, appliances, food, supplements, pet.

Who it is not for

Pre-launch brands with no product data to correct, B2B with a named-account sales motion, and anyone shopping for a content subscription. We say so on the call, not after the invoice.

Before you buy

What do I actually receive at the end?

A 200-observation baseline dataset in CSV, a written diagnosis, a prioritised fix list, and your three highest-intent pages rewritten rather than specified. If you never work with us again, hand the lot to your existing agency and they can act on it.

What if the audit tells me nothing I did not already know?

Then you do not pay. If it does not surface at least one factual error an engine is stating about your product, or one cause you could not reasonably have found yourself, we cancel the invoice. You keep the dataset either way.

Do I need to commit to a retainer afterwards?

No. It is fixed-price, fixed-scope, and it ends. The deliverable is written for an in-house team to execute, so implementing it yourself is a supported outcome rather than a fallback.

Who actually does the work?

Snow Lee, the founder, personally. No account-manager layer, and we will run only a few audits at a time. When that stops being true this page will say so, rather than you finding out in month two.

How much of my team's time does it take?

A 60-minute kickoff, analytics and Search Console access, one round of review. We do not run a content calendar you have to staff.

You rewrite our pages. Who controls what they say?

You do. We rewrite for structure, not positioning — the claims stay yours. Nothing ships without your approval, and anything regulated needs written sign-off from your compliance owner first.

What if the audit shows we are already doing well?

Then we say so and you do not buy a retainer. A brand with strong English-language reviews and clean product data can already be well cited — in which case the useful output is the accuracy check.

The free report is the first day of the audit: 20 questions across five engines, run by hand, sent back within 48 hours. If it does not tell you something you did not know, do not buy the audit.
